Zoie's Story

Growing up in my family, there was always a passion for cooking and baking. We actually have some professional chefs among us that helped us fine tune the recipe.

I started baking my family’s cheesecake out of my house and would offer tastings to friends and neighbors to see their reaction. I would most often hear, “this is the best cheesecake I’ve ever had!” I wasn't surprised. Even people that weren't too keen on cheesecake LOVED my cheesecake.

I ran with this reaction and started Zoie’s Cheesecake, named after my beautiful daughter Zoie who loves to bake with me. We put a lot of passion and love into our recipe - which is what makes it one of a kind.

I want the whole world to taste Zoie’s Cheesecake and experience something they have never tasted before which is why I started my business in 2019.
